This was made over a period of time, a reward to myself as I was cleaning up a workspace in our shop and found a left over canvas. I would grab a material off the shelf and add something every day or so as I would end my day. These kinds of projects help keep me loose and reminds me of what I like so much about being in an environment surrounded by different materials – the ease of access and that I can find joy in them in a way that serves me. I especially enjoy layering textures and materials and seeing how they interact with each other.
